At the Empower Sioux Falls Kickoff Luncheon on August 16, Pastor Cal Hoogendoorn of First Christian Reformed Church gave an overview of Empower Sioux Falls. Part of of his presentation included a description of the strategy of the program and how Empower Sioux Falls aimed to improve Education, Collaboration and Coordination among congregations.
